What does SBC do?
SBC is an Oman-based technology company. We build ERP, AI and blockchain solutions, and offer ready-to-deploy products for project management, meetings, commerce, secure communication and AI agents.

Oil & gas and logistics are our core focus. We also serve trading, construction, retail and growing enterprises across Oman and the region.
Can your solutions be tailored to our processes?
Yes. Every solution is shaped around how your business actually works, from custom workflows and approval chains to reports and integrations with your existing systems.
Can the software be hosted in Oman or on our own servers?
Yes. You can choose our cloud, a private cloud with your data kept in Oman, or an on-premise installation on your own infrastructure.
Do your products support Arabic and English?
Yes. All SBC products and solutions are fully bilingual, with complete right-to-left support for Arabic.

Which products does SBC offer?
SBC ERP, plus SBC Flow for projects, Agora for meetings with live translation, Commerce for e-commerce and POS, Beam for video calls, Cipher for secure messaging, Relay for WhatsApp, Beacon for Telegram and Forge for AI agents.
How do you use AI in your solutions?
We use AI for forecasting, automatic document processing, predictive maintenance and bilingual assistants. It runs in secure environments, and your data is never used to train public models.
What is blockchain used for in your solutions?
Blockchain gives you tamper-proof records: traceable supply chains, verifiable documents and certificates, and secure identities. Personal data is always kept off-chain.
Can we migrate from our current system or spreadsheets?
Yes. We clean and migrate your master data, balances and history, and can run both systems in parallel until you are confident to go live.
Projects & pricing
How long does an implementation take?
Ready-made products can go live within weeks. A full ERP implementation typically takes three to six months, depending on the modules and the complexity of your operations.
How is pricing structured?
Products are licensed by subscription, and custom solutions are priced per project or as a monthly retainer. After a free consultation, we send a clear proposal with scope, timeline and cost.
Can we start small and grow later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with one module, one product or a pilot, and add more as their needs grow.
Support & security
Do you provide training and support after go-live?
Yes. Our local team trains your users, provides ongoing support and delivers regular updates, with service levels agreed in your support plan.
How do you protect our data?
We use encryption, role-based access, audit logs and automated backups, and we handle personal data in line with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law.
Who owns our data?
Your data always belongs to you. You can export it at any time, and it is returned or securely deleted at the end of an engagement.
How quickly will you respond to requests?
Most requests receive a response within one business day, and critical issues are handled according to the response times in your support agreement.
